Loaded Nachos

Ingredients:

1 bag Original Atkins Crunchers

1/4 pound ground beef

Taco seasoning - homemade

1/4 cup shredded cheese

2 tablespoons onion - chopped

2 tablespoons tomato - chopped

1/4 cup lettuce - shredded Sour cream

Salsa Guacamole

 

Preparation:

Brown ground beef and add taco seasoning to taste.Spread Crunchers on plate in one layer.Sprinkle ground beef on Crunchers.Sprinkle chopped onion and tomato.Top with shredded cheese.Microwave about one minute until cheese is melted.Add shredded lettuce.Serve with sour cream, guacamole or salsa
