Pepperoncini Roast
Ingredients:
- 1 3-4 lb beef roast
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced

- 1 16 oz jar of pepperoncini (pickled peppers)

Preparation:
Rub the minced garlic onto the surface of the roast. Place remaining ingredients (including pepperoncini liquid) into a crockpot. Cook on low 7-8 hours. Beef will be very tender and can be easily shredded. Serve wrapped in large lettuce leaves and use the juice as dipping sauce.
