Comments: I wanted to update my pictures. I have been on this WOE alittle over 4 months. I have never felt better. I have had so many positive changes in my health. My asthma has almost completely disappeared. My PCOS symptoms have improved.. I just feel so much better. I have along way to go yet, but my spirits are up and i'm going to give it my best. I wanted to thank those of you on this board that have given me help and inspiration. I will never forget your kindness.
