Comments: I just happened onto this board one day and just loved all the support and kind words. Everyone takes time to assist you and send good wishes. I wish I had this support years ago. I did Atkins the first time after my daughter was born, I dropped 46 lbs and stopped (don't know why) at 180lbs. That was 4 yrs ago. This time I picked back up at 192lbs. My first goal was to be below 180 by my birthday in April - made goal only to gain on my birthday. Back on track and ready to roll.
