Comments: Hi all my friends! I finally got a pic to send in. I started gaining weight at age 30 with my 1st pregnancy. By age 36 and the birth of our 3rd child I was up over 200. In my mind and my energy I still felt like I was in my 20's at around 110 pounds. Then my 40's came and I lost the energy and gained up to 280. Like many here I tried all sensible diets there was, but I am stubborn and if it doesn't come off fast, I quit. Why? Because I always FELT like I was on a DIET. With Atkins, I don't feel that way at all. I have my energy back and although the weight is coming off slow, I am happier than I've been in a long time and I have my friends here to thank!
