Comments: I started the atkins WOE today the 14th august 2002. I know that it is going to be a struggle but i have wanted it soo badly i know also that i an do it. Looking at everyone elses success stories is such an inspiration. I am a single mum of 2 toddlers who keep me on my toes. I love doing body balance which is a mixture of Tai Chi , Yoga and pilates. I always feel good after a class. Please feel free to drop me a line and help me out a little LOL This is all new to me and it is always good to have someone to talk to who is going through the same thing.
