Comments: I found Atkins by accident, and I almost didn't pick up the book, I had heard it was just a fad diet..I am so glad I gave it a chance!! I have lost almost 20 pounds,not to mention a lot of inches, since I started Atkins on August 13, 2000. Not only do I have more energy, but I feel more clear headed too, and I finally feel that I will lose this weight.
