Comments: I have been trying to lose weight since I had gained it about 5 years ago after going through a bad relationship and depression. I also just had my first baby and am trying to get back into shape from that. My weight has been a major problem as far as my activity level. I used to be really athletic (lifegaurding, outdoor sports) but now I don't have the same amount of energy I had and I know it is weight related. I WANT MY OLD SELF BACK!!! I hoping Dr. Atkins will help me with the kick in the tushy I need.
