Comments: Growing up and into my early 20's I was always thin and athletic. Unfortunately, over the last 15 or so years, I've become overweight and a bit lazy. To add insult to injury, after a number of auto accidents, I now have an extremely bad back and I have to limit my physical activities. With that said......I have reached a point in life where I'm tired of looking and feeling this way. So.....I read THE BOOK, surfed the web and got an education. I am new to this and going to start today January 1, 2003. I am very determined tp return to my former size. Wish me luck......I'm going to really need it!!!!!!
