Comments: I started this WOL in March 1999 and lost 80 pounds by December 1999. Continuing on, after a long illness that the DOCTORS could not figure out, I managed to lose 20 more. I am now having a BATTLE of the HORMONES and it seems to be impeding my continued efforts. I will not GIVE THIS WOL without a FIGHT!!! It is the best thing that ever happened to me!! My cholestrol was reduced by three times and I once again was able to spring out of the TUB and off the toliet without wishing I had pully cables!!!!! Never will I go back to eating the AMERICAN WAY!!!! HA!!! If ONLY ALL OF AMERICA really knew about the REAL DEAL on the FOOD Pyramid..it is my HOPE I can reach as many people as I can that are LOST and SAVE them from this terrible brain washing health disaster that the Food Industry and our GOVERNMENT has implemented for GOOD HEALTH!!! AND...I love Dr. ATKINS everyday of my life!!
