Comments: Saturday August 2nd was my first day on the Atkins diet. Today is just Sunday I have done real well and found it pretty easy but it has only been two days so far. I have never really been serious about a diet and have never commited to one. This time I have lots more support(even from my hubby) and find this way of eating pretty easy so far. I really want to do this for me, I have never really been that small so I set my diet goal at a realistic level. I am 5'3 and think I would feel pretty good if I could get into a size 12 again. I would love to hear from those of you who are in the same situation and would LOVE to hear frome those that have been my size or around the same who have tried the diet and succeeded. I have three sons and would love to be able to run and play with them without feeling so tired.
