Comments: At 54, with 4 GROWN children, I can finally have a life that is for me, just me. I am looking forward to doing everything. I first have to learn how to do things for me. I never did this before, so I have no idea how to do it. This may seem strange to many, but I was always too busy doing for my husband and children to think of me. This was a big mistake, because sooner or later, it catches up with you, and today is that day. I only wish, I had invested a little of the energy I spent on my family, on me too. That was then, this is now, and I am getting there. I have been blessed with the freedom to spend hours and hours on whatever I want, I decided that, me as a BODY would be the first mountain to climb. I decided I would get it into the best shape I have EVER been in, in my life. After all, I can't climb a mountain with this body !!!! Sheila1948
