Comments: I lost about 75lbs on atkins in 1997/98. I got engaged in 2000 and started planning my 9/8/01 wedding. I was determined to lose the rest of my weight and walk down the aisle at my goal weight. Instead, I gained about 30 lbs back and felt pretty crappy. Extremely happy at my wedding, but wishing I was thin. Since my wedding I have gained about 70 of the 75lbs I lost and feel horrible! I am so uncomfortable right now I just need to do this to feel better physically and mentally. So, this time i will make it to goal and stay there!!! I am so looking forward to taking control of my life again!
