This was good, but I must have done something wrong. I didn't have any bubbliness at the end and it seemed like not enough sauce or it wasn't thick enough or something. I think I will have to cook my beans longer they were still a little crisp which I liked but I assumed we were going for a noodle texture.
All in all this had a great flavor I might just dr it up with cheese or something,
Thanks for the great idea eating tuna alone can get boring so it's nice to spice it up a little.

Okay... I'm still making this. I LOVE it. Sometimes I make it with vegetable broth, and I can't tell the difference. I buy the sliced mushrooms in the produce section of the grocery store. I've added grated parmesan (green can type) to it at the end. It's SO GOOD!!
Thank you, Jacki!!

Hey, this looks great! I love comfort food! In a few days when I'm not Very Low Carbing, I'm going to try it. Let us know how yours turns out, Trina.

I made this the other night. Wasn't much to look at, but it was pretty darn good!
After it was all mixed together I threw it in a casserole dish, topped with just some American cheese slices and stuck it in the oven at 350 for, I dunno, a half hour or so?
I was gone far quicker than the 4-6 servings I'll say though. ;)

Okay - I used canned french cut green beans and I forgot mushrooms so used canned. I doubled the recipe (except for the tuna which I used one tuna and one chicken) and added about 6 cloves of fresh garlic - no salt or pepper.

YUM!

Note: when doubling everything but the tuna dont double the heavy cream! LOL
