Ok last question of the day.
I read somewhere that you cant have garlic on induction then I read that you can have garlic on induction. So can you have garlic while on induction?

I ate garlic on induction. Chances are you are not eatig the whole garlic head, so they actaul carb count for the portion you eat would be minimal.

Yes, I agree, using it to flavor your food is fine. There should be no problem with it.
