can of tuna
1/2 cup chopped celery
mayonaise
salt / pepper

mix all of the above.
Shape into two or three patties. Fry on medium high heat with a little oil until crisp.

You can also bread these in pork rinds before frying

You could also bake this recipe or put it in the toaster oven.

This week I made tuna salad basically like this recipe, but I included pickle with the celery.

I ate it cold the first day, over lettuce.

I had half of it leftover, but I did not want a cold lunch today!

So, I put the tuna salad into a small ovenware oval dish, grated some cheese on top, and baked it in the toaster oven.

It was nice and hot and a good change from cold tuna salad.

I've never fried canned tuna, but then I love salmon patties that way. If you add some parmesan cheese to the salmon, it will form a sort of crust or coating. It would probably do that with tuna as well.

Just add enough to hold it together.
