Pumpkin Pie

2 eggs (lightly beaten)
1 - 16 ounce can pumpkin puree
2/3 cup Splenda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/2 cups heavy cream

Mix all ingredients, in order, in a large bowl.
Pour into 9" pie plate.
Bake at 425 for 15min; then
Turn down to 350 & bake for another 30 min.

Tha is similar to the one on the back of the libby's pumpkin can that I use. I just use the one on the can and substitue spenda and heavy cream for the sugar and evaporated milk that is called for
