It looks as though Atkins no longer sells Thicken Thin no starch. Can anyone direct me where to purchase it, or what else to use instead? Thanks!

I found it at a health food store. You also might try Netrition. There is a link to the left on this site.

You can also buy it directly from the company that makes it, Expert Foods. Google them and you'll find it.

I used xantham gum as a thickener. If you have a grocery store or health food store that carries the line of Bob's Red Mill products, you can usually find it there. It is 100% fiber. Be careful -- a little goes a loooong way.
