Got a couple bags of this stuff and now wondering about a recipie - I dont have a wok, but seems the best way to go is stir-fry ... any idears?

It is sticking in my head that there has been anothter thread about these noodles a long time ago.
All I remember is that you have to rinse them.
Have you tried a search on here?

HI
I've used them a couple of times in soup(yes, rinse them): chicken& stock, zucchini, tomato, spinach leaves, garlic and onion. Once I added about a quarter cup of pumpkin and some curry powder to the soup . I don't really care for the slippery quality but since I had bought them... cj
