Has anyone tried to make the moch danish in the oven? I was thinking that it would be nice to make a big batch in muffin tins... kind of like muffins. Thanks for any help!

Great queston! I don't like using microwaves and have asked similar questions before about recipes that require microwaving.

Cream cheese muffins are one of my favorites, and pancakes are another way. Look back on the recipes and you should find some of these type things.

found the recipe if anyone is interested!

Cream Cheese "Muffins"

2 8oz. pks. philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 cup sweetener (I use spenda)
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Soften cream cheese about 40 seconds in microwave. Add other ingredients. Beat with mixer till smooth. Pour into 12 muffin pans lined with the papers. Bake at 350 for 20 min.

I like to put a little bit of whipped cream on these after they are cold, or a little sf jam or blueberries that I have cooked and sweetened. Really good.
