Since we no longer have our recipe link, I thought maybe I'd try to create a thread where we could post our favorite recipes. We should probably try to keep them in categories, don't you think. And maybe only one recipe per reply?

Fish for People Who Don’t Like Fish
One pound mild white fish, cut into serving size
1 - 8 0z block cream cheese, softened in microwave
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/8 cup spicy mustard
1 packet Splenda
4 cloves mashed garlic
1/4 c. salsa
Blend all sauce ingredients and spread over fish in casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350

Poor Man's Lobster
2 cups of water
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon of Old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoon of celery seed
Salt
1 pound of frozen haddock
Bring all ingredients to a boil then add haddock. Cook for 25 minutes. Serve with hot melted butter.
Also excellent with other types of fish including salmon.

1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cracked pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
4 salmon steaks
1/2 tsp olive oil
Mix dry seasonings together. Rub salmon with olive oil then rub each side with dry seasoning. Grill on hot grill for 5 minutes each side or until to desired doneness.

Simple "dressing" for any white fish:
1/4C Mayo mixed with TBSP of horseradish (I like more) place over fish and bake - delish!
