Since we no longer have our recipe link, I thought maybe I'd try to create a thread where we could post our favorite recipes. We should probably try to keep them in categories, don't you think. And maybe only one recipe per reply?

Poor Man's Lobster
2 cups of water
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon of Old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoon of celery seed
Salt
1 pound of frozen haddock

Bring all ingredients to a boil then add haddock. Cook for 25 minutes. Serve with hot melted butter.

Also excellent with other types of fish including salmon.

Simple "dressing" for any white fish:

1/4C Mayo mixed with TBSP of horseradish (I like more) place over fish and bake - delish!
