Not necessarily. If all the ingredients are on the allowed lists, then they are OK. Otherwise, no.

You need to be especially careful of the ones that contain onions or tomatoes--those are higher carb veggies. Also, although the cheesy veggies are divine, you need to make sure you're staying within your daily allotment of 4 oz. or less of cheese. (It's a notorious staller.)

Ca we start putting down if these are Induction friendly? I see things and wonder if it is (I know white cream sauce is lower in carbs - but is it allowed?) :P

2 C shredded cabbage 1/4 C green onions
1/2 C whipping cream (I used half and half)
1 egg
1/2 C shredded swiss cheese
1/2 t ground mustard
1/2 t of salt & pepper
1/4 C grated parmesan cheese
1 T parsley

Mix cabbage, egg, whipping cream, mustard, salt, pepper, and swiss cheese in mixing bowl. Pour into greased baking dish (it turns out to be a thin layer, I put mine in a glass pie pan) and sprinkle top with parm cheese and parsley. Bake at 350 for 30 min. It will get lightly browned and crispy on the edges.

This came out delicious. I added an extra egg and a 6oz ham steak, diced to bulk it up a little so i could use it as a big snack. I cut it into six slices - it came out to 145 calories and 4g net carbs, 12g protein per serving. thanks linda.
