It's quite easy to eat Atkins stil without eggs. You still have steaks and bunless cheeseburgers and chicken wings and bacon and cheeses and salads and veggies and all kinds of great stuff.
If you're worried about breakfast, do what I do and eat the leftovers from the night before! (I hate eggs.) I also frequently eat bacon and a hunk of cheese for breakfast.
