I was wondering if anyone uses Carbquik anymore. I bought some back in the day and remember that it was good but kind of salty. I saw it advertised on some website I was on and wondered about it again. I remember I still lost weight even though I made muffins and such with it.

I bought it early on and didn't like it.

I have some. I have not made biscuits or other baked goods, but I use it sometimes to bread chicken or fish, and it works very well for that.
