I bought shelled edamame/japanese soy beans in the frozen seciton of target today. 1/2c has 7g protein and 3g net carbs, sounded like a good call for veg, but dont know what on earth to do with them. has anyone experimented with edamame? any suggestions? thnx

I ended up microwaving the package of edamame (1 lb, frozen, from super target) and when it was done, poured them into a bowl with 1 T parmesan cheese, a packet of TrueLime, and salt and pepper. It came out pretty tasty, I was surprised to admit
