Morning..
I am starting week 2 of induction.I know Dreamfield pasta is a no no,now but when I can have it,what do they mean only 5 active carbs?Do I only count a serving for 5 carbs?Thanks

Supposedly that is the theory that it only has 5 digestible carbs per serving. You also have to make sure you only cook it for the exact time that it calls for. Overcooking will make it have more carbs. I have eaten it sparingly in the past and have not had a problem with it. Anytime I seem to eat a red sauce based dish I go up. I think there is a lot of sodium in the canned tomato sauces. I don't go up anymore than what I do if I made something like spinach lasagna so I consider that not a problem. When you are ready give it a try and see how it affects you.

I endulge from time to time. Like DT4M, though, it seems to be the sauces that do me in. I found a no-sugar-added spaghetti sauce that works pretty well.
