Can anyone tell me if cottage cheese is allowed on induction? I want to say yes cuase it is a cheese but im thinking it is hight in carbs (could be wrong :? )These rolls ask for it. Or is there a better substitute to use instead of cottage cheese?
Also, what is the carb count?

Cottage Cheese is on the dairy rung, so not for induction. This is the recipe I use.

Oopsie Rolls
3 large eggs
1 pkt splenda
1 dash salt
1 pinch cream of tartar
3 oz cream cheese

Preheat oven to 300. Separate the eggs. Mix yolks with splenda, salt and cream cheese. Whip egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff. Use a spatula and carefully fold yolk mixture into whites.

Spray a cookie sheet to grease (I use parchment paper instead). Spoon into 6 mounds, flatten slightly. Bake about 30 min.

PS...I have also made this by just spreading the mixture in the pan, then cutting into pieces.

6 servings. Each serving is approximately 88 cal, 7.5g fat, 1g carb, 4.2g protein.
