One last comment on this pizza crust....portion control on the cold pizza is a killer. It is definitely better cold than warm if you like cold pizza.

I made this and loved it. I only had a little over two cups of cheese and it definitely wasn't too thick, and I used 3 eggs. This will be my new pizza recipe for sure!!

Thanks so much for posting this!

I just took the crust out of the oven. OMG it looks fantastic. I added some parmesan cheese to it too. So we will see how that goes. Cant imagine it being a bad addition.

One of the biggest complaints I hear from people LCing, is that they miss thier pizza, and that the hamburger crust just doesnt do the trick.

I havent ate this yet mind you. But everyone of u have been raving about it. This recipe should almost be a sticky lol. So it is always easy to find.

So far, this crust looks to be the answer to my prayers. I am a major pizza lover.

Noxema.

What about having a 5 star thread that keeps growing ? People could post their absolute favorites and put reviews or something on them. We are good judges around here!

I loved the custard pie, but found it to be very rich so I had to eat just small pieces. I might try cutting out some of the butter.

Just an idea!

That sounds like a great idea.

Correction...this crust doesnt look to be the answer to my prayers..IT IS.

OMG it is so good! I can't express it enough really. And cold is even better, as has been stated earlier.

Thank you so much for posting this recipe

I have this crust baking in the oven. Just wanted to bump it up to remind everyone to give this a try. It's a great pizza crust recipe.

So let me get this straight - you don't add any flour?

I'm definately going to try this - I miss pizza loads!

Well I am cooking mine as I type.

Mine has turned out like an omlette - is that what it is supposed to?! I'm not every good with recipe following, that's why I bung everything in a pan and hope for the best!

Have I done something totally wrong? I used tw eggs, grated cheese and garlic powder (didn't have any basil) Whisked it and put it in a small lasagne dish (don't have a pizza tin!)

Not saying it won't be nice, but maybe I thought it would like like an actual pizza

once u bake the cheese type crust, and then put your toppings on..and bake it again. It looks like a real pizza.

Enjoy

I wonder if your crust was too thick in the small lasagne pan? That would not allow it to dry out properly when you bake it...

Just a thought.

Waht about baking it on a cookie sheet with sides on it? Some people call them jelly roll pans???

Hi More4Less,

It was quite thick - I will pick myself a circular tin and try it again.

The creation I made was nice though! :P
