Can we ensure we put down if the recipe is good for Induction or not and carb count?
I know it;s a bear some times, but it sure does help everyone else looking at the recipe to know if it's worht trying - okay, so I am talking about me
I've seen some that were terrific snd tried them only to gain weight or stall ... and I know some that ARE okay for Induction can do that too, but it would still be nice to see (at least) if it's okay for Induction

The easiest way is to check the ingredients. If all the ingredients are something you could eat by themself and be legal, then the entire recipe has to, by default, be induction legal. Otherwise, no.
Yes, it would be very helpful to include the carb counts. If someone has too much time on their hands and would like to add carb counts to an existing recipe on the board, send it to me and I can edit the recipe (being a moderator) and add it in.
It is also important to remember than unless you use liquid Splenda or some other sweetener that you are POSITIVE has no carbs, the carbs do add up. Using a cup of granulated Splenda in a recipe adds 24 carbs to the recipe. That one is easy to forget.
With all recipes, a big problem is portion control.

Even if there are all induction friendly ingrediants doesnt make the whole a god idea ... and the portion control does suck - I find something I really like and it goes to hell in a hand basket - another reason why a carb count helps.
If I see a low number of carbs and a reasonable amount of servings I am more apt to try the recipe.
Let's say there are 5 carbs per serving and the serving size is 4 I might hesitate - just as 5 carbs with a 10 serving size I might be more inclinde to try - really depends on the portion size I know ... and why it would be nice to have that carb count

I assume you are talking about the difference in the NUMBER of servings vs. the total carbs for the whole recipe?
