Comments: I am just updating on my progress, I have lost 15lbs so far, yet I was only on the diet 3 weeks. I have maintained this weight,and I have lost almost 3 whole sizes. I recently jumped back on induction and am doing great, I figure two more weeks and I'll be set! Best diet ever!
