Comments: I'm a yo'yo person, but never got as big as I did after my divorce. I was up to 275 and started Atkins last Feb and went down to 215 by Sept. Since then, I've been picking at carbs, and not working out, here it is now Nov 11 and I'm already back to 235! YIKES - I started again today eating right, working out, the whole bit. My goal is to get back to 140 which is my ideal weight. I hope to find others to encourage, and who will encourage me here as well. I know this is a cruel world we live in, and I'll be the first to admit I'm superficial myself when it comes to who I'm attracted to, so this is a big mess I've gotten myself into, LOL I hope we can all get healthy, that truly is the mail goal, next of course would be to feel and look good too :)
