Comments: Before picture of me and my husband Paul trying to hold our stomachs in! After picture I'm wearing an outfit I haven't worn since before my last pregnancy in 1992 (a fashion statement--wearing 9 year old "skinny" clothes) To date, Paul has lost 33 lbs and gone from a 42 to a 38 waist. I have lost 36 lbs and dropped from a 1X (18-22) down to a 12-14. Paul is content for now to maintain, as he travels a lot. I'd like to get down to a comfortable size 8-10! We have 2 children, Robert is almost 11, in 5th grade, and Mitchell is 8 and in 2nd grade. In addition to the weight loss, we were amazed at how much better we both felt on this WOL. We are convinced that we're both low carbers for life!
