Comments: I gained most of my weight after the birth of my first son Ridley and now I am at the heaviest I have ever been in my life. I have got to take control of this before it takes control of me. I have done the Dr. Atkins diet in the past and it has worked for me but somewhere down the line I got sucked back into the evil world of carbohydrates and well...here I am. I have first got to get back down to the weight I was before I got pregnant and then down to where I was before I married my husband! Hopefully this will help me do it! By putting it all out there and announcing to the world that I am going to lose this "baby fat" I will stick to it , lose the weight and keep it off this time.
