Comments: I was very active in school with sports and did not really pack on the pounds until after graduation. I have dieted all my adult life. As you see above my highest weight was 286 in the summer of 2000. A friend of mine told me about the diet he was trying, "The Atkins". I saw his results and did some searching on the www. I have never had success with any of the low fat diets so I thought I'll try anything once. I was on this way of life from 9/01 to 11/01, and had never been so happy with results from a diet. I am now back in full force (2/02)! I am determined to meet my goal. I still have a ways to go...so wish me luck!!!
