I noticed on the food calculator that for eg. 6 oz (170g) of tuna contains 46g of protein and rib-eye steak 6 oz(170g) contains 42g of protein according to the foods list. DO I USE THE WEIGHT (6 OZ) OF THE MEAT OR FISH OR THE PROTEIN WEIGHT TO CALCULATE MY DAILY PORTION OF PROTEIN INTAKE? If I can consume 540g of protein per day do I count the protein value or the weight of the specified protein? Please advice :?:
