The Better than Bouillon bases are actually a stock paste, if what we have is the same thing!
I use it ALL the time instead of chicken or beef broth, so any recipe that calls for one of those, just add a teaspoon of the stock paste to a cup of very hot water. I nuke the water til just under boiling and then stir the paste into it.
I also use it as a seasoning, adding a bit to gravies and stuff in the crockpot, beef short ribs, etc. It's not just for soups, although it's perfectly fine for those too! ANY soup recipe calling for beef or chicken stock or broth, these will work.
