If anyone uses this recipe regularly and needs to know how to enter it into Fitday, I just calculated the nutrition info.

The total recipe has 1782 calories, 140 grams of fat, 110 grams of protein and 23 grams of carbohydrate. Since I make 10 waffles out of it, the calculations are pretty easy. I entered one serving (one waffle) as a Custom Food on Fitday as:

Calories: 178
Carbs: 2.3 grams
Fat: 14 grams
Protein: 11 grams

Hope this info might be helpful to others.

Btw, the recipe can be found here: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=38802

Thanks so much! I get 3 and a half waffles out of mine but usually consider 1/2 to be a serving size so 7 servings. I could probably eat the whole thing though.

My waffle iron has 4 sections to make 4 small waffles. Are you using the entire surface of the waffle iron as one serving? I only eat one small square at a time. I put mine in Fitday too as 100 calories and 1 carb for each little section. Those things are awesome!

My waffle iron is small, and makes two rectangular waffles that are each roughly the size of a 4x6 index card. I count each "half" as a separate waffle, and I get ten of those out of this recipe. I only eat one at a time, as that more than fills me up.
