I tried multiple times to answer your PM about the barbeque sauce, but I'm not certain that any of them actually worked. (They kept coming up as "Preview" when I clicked "Submit.")
So just in case, I will answer here, too. I have not doubled the recipe, but I see no reason why it couldn't be doubled with total success. As written, the recipe yields about 2 and a half cups, and it's very, very good!
