I made some spaghetti squash last night and wondered to myself what i could do with the left over. While looking at it, it reminded me of hashbrowns so I thought, eh, won't hurt to give it a try.
It was so GOOD!
What I did is fried up some bacon and set it aside.
Fried some spaghetti squash in the bacon grease until it browned a little (couldn't get it to crisp) I then crumbled up the bacon and stirred it in and topped it wiht some cheddar cheese.
OMGsh this was so yummy and totally induction friendly.

That sounds great. I'll have to try it. Can't get my DH to eat just the spaghetti squash, even with spaghetti sauce on it.
