Had a rough time figuring out what to take for lunch today. I made some ham & navy bean soup for the first time last night, so I may try a bit of that today. Navey beans are one of the few beans that this diet allows me to eat...so we shall see

B - 1oz cheddar cheese, coffee, couple forkfuls of cajun crab dip <--- weird breakfast, I know

l - I brought a leftover pork chop w/ me & the navy bean soup

d -

Wow, this is my 901st post in this journal over the years! Not too much to report today...forgot to weigh in at home as I woke up late & was running around like a chicken w/out a head

B - 2 clementines & 1 guineao banana, coffee

L - leftover chicken, spring greens, tomato. May have some soup just to warm up a bit!

D - Some variety of flank steak...not sure what I'm ggoing to do to it yet. :)

Once again, nice to see you back ..even if it is not exactly Atkins. But you have to do what you have to do. Crohn's is not an easy thing to deal with but once you get a handle on it......You will do fine. My DD has IBS and once she figured out what her trigger foods were, she did a lot better. Just take baby steps.
