I found that when I worked out that my muscles retain water for a few days to a week and then it washes out. Maybe drop down the salt a little more and see if that helps?

What kind of treadmill workout? Maybe it's time to increase duration or intensity?

To lose (not maintain), the recommendation is 30 minutes, 5-6 days a week at a level that you could carry on a conversation, but would prefer not to.
To maintain, it's 3-4 times a week.

Not feeling up to par. I am having TOM symptoms, even though it's not due for another week.
I think I broke a record this morning. It's not even noon, and I have drank 100 ounces of water. I think I will be floating away anytime now........

Boy....June sure isn't turning into a good month for me.
Still haven't lost the extra pounds, despite best efforts.........and strike two for baby making. TOM arrived loud and clear this morning.
I think I will crawl in a hole a few days to recover...........

Have faith in yourself.
The weight loss will be back.
Your attempts at baby will occur also. Never give up a dream for yourself. NEVER!

Sometimes it takes some time to make thoes babies but trying sure is fun. It's just the waiting and crying part that sucks.
But have faith they are well worth the wait.
My niece is trying to get pregnant too and every time she calls I think did she do it? Hehe

Sorry to hear that it is "that time".
An issue I am glad I don't have deal with once a month.
Sure shows a womans strength though....
Just dream about that day of delivery. There's no better feeling.
Well...getting there is great also.

Thanks, Matt. You are very sweet!
I have not posted since June 21st because I have been in a slump.
I went through a 2 week induction to try to jump start again.........only lost 1 pound...........and it's back already.
Still eating clean, albeit it gets tougher by the day!
Thanks for the comments! It's nice to see them!

Please forgive me if I say something you already know here...
With all due respect... since I have been on the WOL/WOE, I have been told by many intelligent folks on this board that slumps and stalls are part of the way this works and should be expected.
I'll bet that if they are honest (with themselves as well as others), they would say the same experience has crossed their path (perhaps moe than once).
Because you have been doing Atkins for ~a year now, you are a prime candidate. That's a very normal occurance and in fact healthy. It shows your body knows that it must have some control...
Hope you are back soon...

Thanks, Matt!
I think my body likes being 142, even though I don't!
I'm still eating clean and still lurking around, but promise not to leave any depressing posts!!

Forge on with the posts...Especially if it makes you feel a little better. I would feel free to vent, cry, and share your achievements with all.
Your track record shows that goals are being accomplished.

Pumpkin, my friend, you leave all the posts you want to, of whatever variety. Those who don't like them don't have to read them!
I'm sorry TOM is here again. I'll send you some fertile thoughts.
Cookies... well... how about some almond cookies? These are yummy, I've made them lots of times for potlucks and always get rave reviews for them:
Your stalled friend...
