I want to be more accountable for what i eat, and such.

Right now i wear size 22w dress pants, and hopefully the will be falling off sooner rather than later. My goal pants are a size 13, and are very cute. I am sure I will enjoy fitting into them :). I am not keeping size of my shirts, but my inches
Breast: 53.2 inches
Waist: 52 inches ( around belly button)
Hips: 53 inches


So this is what I ate today: Induction
B- None
S- Beef Jerkey
L- scrambled Eggs with cheese
S- 2 half of deviled eggs
D- Steak and BBQ sauce, 3 halfs of deviled eggs, and side salad.
Lots of water

B 3 half of deviled eggs

L Hot Dogs with mustard, pork rinds
D Pork chops, with seasoning, side salad

edit: i scratched the hot dogs. i ate half a one, and it just wasn't it. so i am looking around the house for something else. I might wait until dinner, which is at ten for me or maybe just eat a little earlier.

Breakfast: Jerky and a diet pop
Lunch: New york steak strip- yum-
Dinner: Chicken Kiev, with no breading. yum! maybe side saald or spinach.

going to skip breakfast this morning, not feeling hungry

also going to library to read the 72 book a bit.

- had a "lc" ice cream cone thing last night-actually had 3. eh. i am paying for it now. i remember why i didn't buy that stuff the first time. will throw the rest out today. not good for my goal, and not good for induction!

i might stop somewhere like k-mart and jump on a scale just to see :)

change of plans. for day 4
Started to eat eggs, with a few nuts in them. then i got up and the cats got into it. so no eggs. I am eating dinner a little early now, so its a steak salad. yum.

I went to the library for a little motivation too :)

, And i think my belly is a bit smaller :) yay. it just feels like it. i am not to sure where the measuring tap is, so i don't know for sure. will get another one at work tonight, hopefully :)

breakfast will consist of eggs, with nuts.
L - Tuna with pork rinds
D-Pizza :( total of 100 carbs yikes.

usually cashews, but its good with any. its gives it a crunchy kick, and depending on the nuts, it can be somewhat sweet.

eh i messed up yesterday, and ate pizza, but i stayed on track the rest of the day. If u cheat once, then dont make the whole day a cheat.

day 8, wonder how much if any i have lost :) will be buying a scale cause i cant take not knowing if i have lost. yikes.

Measured my waist today, down to 50.5 inches, so thats 1.5 inches gone. yay!

It is the inches that count more than the actual weight loss.
That's what I love about Atkins. Even if the pounds stay the same one week the tapemeasure just keeps measuring less.

My pants fit a little better this week than they did last. I dont have so much of a bubble over at the top :)

B-Tuna with pork rinds and a little cheese

D- Pork Chops, seasoned. with side salad

Off the library again to read some more of the atkins books.

I only had lunch today, just tuna and pork rinds with cheese.
Felt sick to my stomach because a relative made a comment about me weighing so much. i know i shouldn't let it get to me, but it does. This is the same person that gave me a 10 lb candy bar last time i was on atkins.

I am buying a scale tmw, and doing a reinduction on the 14th day. not that i am going to not follow induction the next 3 days, but i need a two pure weeks to really get me in the right direction, and so far, while i have been eating much better, i keep slipping.
