well. up a lb today. started TOM too, so thats prob why :(. i think its going to be like every two weeks to play catch up for all the times it hasnt come! lots of cramps, and lots of cravings for cookies, and chips. I resisted temptation tody,and yesterday, ad just ate pork rinds rith cheese instead!
Today i weigh 240, and have had two lettuce wraps and some pork rinds. Also had a slenderize fuze-tangering- 4 total carbs for that.

no work1 yay. so i can go walking later tonight. I had egg, cheese, bacon, and cream cheese omlett. yum.

ay. full force today, and up to 242!!! darn water weight!!!


had chineese for lunch, -chicken, broccoli, sprouts, mushrooms, and spinach with soy and oils. YUM! 3 bowels!
had wraps for dinner.
TMW i will be having eggs and bacon for all meals.

ay. still at 242. and crampy! sucks.

Just having the eggs and such today, see if i can get some water weight gone!
i got to go to work around 4 ish too. but not all night. so maybe i will go walking later.

so far so good. lol.
I have had one egg, and 7 pieces of bacon. I had some mac nuts, about 4 carbs worth. and so sf gelitin. So 4 carbs today so far. I am trying to do nothin but meats today, tmw, and what i am eating is supose to be 90% fat ratio. so basically, the fat fast for two days, until i get back into ketosis.
TMW is weigh infor wk challenge, i hope i will be at 246 tmw. so that puts me back at where i was 2 weeks ago, which means i lost all of my carnie food weight.

240.6 today. sweet! scale is moving agian. i am also limitng wht i take in today. and still doing the fat fast.
Will be havin egg with bacon. Mac nuts. Mac Nuts. Deviled egg on pork rinds. Egg with bacon. And SF jello. te he. no whip cream tho!

for some reason, i was up two ls today! have no idea why, and its not the TOM! hmm. maybe i ate a lot of salt yesterday, i did have two diet pops, that was prob it!! supose to stay away from that crap!
So i am at 240.4 this morn. i have had two salads today, and have a monster heache. so i am goin to take a nap. been rather stressed out latley , especially this weekend, so maybe that has somethin to do with it?
I think i am going to have deviled eggs for dinner. lots of deviled eggs. lol.

yep. its was just water weight. back down to 239.4 this morn.
Will be having the same as yesterda, salad with chicken all day.
when i did eat, i had a pack of mac nuts, then two carlos 5, a pop not diet, and then 3 lc ice creams, and a salad for dinner.

239.8 this morn. i didnt have much water yesterday, so what i did drink it sticking to me!!! i only had maybe 20 ounces! and i had a carlos v, so i know that didnt help either. I am out of salad so i have n clue what i am going to be having today. i had jjs unwhich for lunch, and bacon for dinner, also had two lc ice cream bars,. I am in pink ketosis, 15, whihc is up from yesterday. so hopefullyi can maintain, or be even deeper. i think its the salads that i have been eating this past week. might have to keep them up!

its a lettuce wrap, with turkey, mayo, sprouts, and provelone cheese, and more lettuce. - no tomato. bacially --a turkey tom, make it an unwhich, add cheese. ---

i am down to 235.4 today. whooshie. sweet!!!
i ckecked and i am in light ketosis today, about a 5. so that mens the lc ice cream has got to go!
Eating cottage cheese for breakfast. Maybe bacon and nuts for lunch. and chicken for dinner.

well, my final weigh in for work was 243.5, end of the challenge. in 10 weeks, i lost 5.6% of myself, wich means 14.5 lbs. and ya know what? someone who only lost 10 lbs got the prize! because that was 6.6% of them, because they were skinnier to start with., its crap, CRAP I TELL YOU!!!!!!! its also BS. so somone who loses 10 lbs, who weighs, lets say 150. well, thats 6.6% of them. however,, me at 250, losing that smae ten lvs is only 4% of me. ok, i get the percent, but thats crap. i worked just as hard as they did to lose that 10 lbs, and i did them up even better, and lost 14.5! so 4.5 lbs more than they did, i worked harder, tried harder, and lost more. its crap! i am so fusterated. i had my lunch after, and i didnt eat anything. i just wanted to cry cry cry!!!....
So after talking it over with my hubby, we have decided to get gym memberships, because thats what i would have won--corrected-SHOULD HAVE WON---. Oh the DH, sometimes his is my knight in shining armor!
