Sorry Leslie....That is crapp!
I understand the percentage thing but it doesn't help any does it?

Congrats to you for losing the weight and you will enjoy the benefits of the gym. I started myself just 2 and a bit weeks back. You get hooked very quickly.
Just a word of warning though...when you first join you may gain a few pounds whilst your body gets used to it. Apparently it holds water to dilute the lactic acid build up in the muscles. I gained 3lbs in two weeks...but you will already know that after reading my whining on the "Healthy challenge thread" :roll:

Good luck..let us know how you get on....and remember...it is going to make you so much more fit!

well, after a few weeks of eating bad, i am re starting tmw. or its actually today! lol. start out at 237.2
i am GOINGto be 225 by vacation, which is about a month and a week away. so 13.2 lbs, definitly doable! i am going walking tmw too!

i bought a few shakes, just to try them, because i always seem to eat crap at work... so i figured they would be better than the stuff at work, since i uually have to take a break standing up and working lol... i got stawberry, which isnt to bad, and i got chocolae, which i havnt had yet. but so far so good.

236 this morning. i think i have been rather discouraged latley because of the contest ending so crappy. and i have just been eating whatever, only gained a lb, tg. but i am back on my little wagon, back to my wol. I am going walkng here afer a bit, and then again tonght.

i havnt been doing very good as far as my diet goes. i havnt really been working out unless its with my training, 5 time s a month. so i start a new, at 243.4, restarting my diet too. hopefully i get to onderland by x-mass!!!

i am taking myo-inositol, and choline, so hopefully that does something. i
