Thanks, Jessica. That's sweet of you to give me a boost!

I like your new plan of day up and day down. In a way I have done that in the past. When
I really want to lose a little I go shopping and don't eat anything at all till I get home and then make it something small. I really don't need food!!! But once I eat it........I want it! Funny that's how I am!!

Well, after a month of pretty good lowcarbing with some blurbs and gains here and there, I am down at 181.8 today, my lowest! I have gained several times and always go back on it the next day and I am sure that has slowed me down. I want to get below 180 in September and stay there for the wedding. It is just so good to be rid of those 185-189 weighins!!!!!

There you are, Julianne! Wow--you are doing GREAT! Won't you be proud to be at a nice low weight for the wedding!

Hooray for you!

Thanks, Jessica! Yes, I am very thankful to have lost this much. I haven't been able to lose on lowcarb for a long time because I just couldn't seem to go lowcarb enough. I am finally doing what it will take to make it work.

Today I weighed 180.8 and that just is such a big thing for me. I know that I can break 180 if I will just keep on with this plan.

Now, what have you gotten down to? You have to share that with me! I understand your plan and am anxious to see you progress, too!

Today I am wearing size 14P jeans! They get looser as the day goes on and they stretch!
Yea!!!! This encourages me so much because yesterday I had a day of slipping and doing some old habits. Instead of weighing, I put on jeans, and I am so glad I did!
This month I am going to work toward moving into the 170's. Smaller portions for all
meals is what I am going to try! Why should I have to have surgery to make my tummy smaller
when I can do that by how much I choose to eat?

Just wanted to share that for the wedding I was able to get down to 178.8 and was very thankful for that! I have bumped up a little since, but going to continue now to move toward 175 and lower. Definitely I am having to have smaller portions now!

Coming back to the inside of my fence! I weigh 189.6 today! Wandered off and had
too much freedom after the wedding! But was delighted that I worked so hard and did lose it.

Bought lc food today and plan to eat thoughtfully again.

Ok. After trying out some different plans, I am back. I have lost from 189 1/2 to 184 in just a few days, so I am pumped and ready to refocus on doing induction right. My husband is even doing it with me so that is encouraging!
This time I am going to be more diligent with adding the right foods at the right time!
Julianne
