Today, I have been on Atkins for 3 weeks and teetering around 15 lbs lost, 11 inches gone but for the past week nothing. One thing I just realised is there`s a lot of hidden sugars in what I`ve been eating(salad dressing, mayo). So Im planning on cleaning up my foods. EVOO and vinegar for salad dressing until I find a suitable convenient alternative.
Breakfast: 1 hardboiled egg, 1/2 cup of slices tomato, tea with 1 splenda and 1 tsp of cream
Lunch: 3 loose cups of romaine, 2 tbsp ceasar dressing with 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 can of tuna and 2 tbsp of mayo
Dinner: TBA later
