Yesterday was the end of 1week induction. Weight was down 4.5 pounds and had been since the end of day 4. Showed small amount of ketones on test stip at end of day 2 (small is the darkest I have had). Haven't had a BM since day 4 just before I checked the scale.
I consumed 12 ounces of vodka and 72 ounces of Mich Ultra beer over the weekend (days 5 & 6).
I'm a weekend warrior...what more can I say?
Today, I consumed a bottle of Citrate of Magnesia (sp) and finally had an explosion!
The scale then went down another 1.5 pounds for a total of 6 pounds!
These are my stats for the first week of induction according to FitDay:
My average daily caloric intake is approximately 1600 and my basal daily expenditure is approximately 2600...that's a difference of nearly 1000 calories per day!
Today, I'm struggling to eat, period! I have absolutely no appetitie and had to force myself to eat my 300 calorie breakfast fritta at 2pm.
I know that calories really don't matter on this WOL, but also, I'm under the 20 allowable carbs per day. I may have blown it by 10 carbs on Sunday, day 6, with 4 - 12 ounce Mich Ultras.
Water...I know I need to drink alot more than I am. I need about 150 ounces per day and am maybe averaging only 72ish ounces
So, for week 2, I need to drink more water, and lose the booze!
I'm not going to promise to do that, but I will promise my self to try harder on those two issues.
