It's Day 2 of Atkins and I have a headache. I know it's the side effects from getting off of sugar and carbs because I rarely get headaches. I just found out this morning that the peanuts I ate last night are a no-no on Atkins. I am 5'3" and I weigh 137 lbs. My goal weight is 115 so I have 22 lbs to lose.
I am doing shred by Jillian Michaels at least 5-6 days a week, starting today. I am very optimistic!
