hello ..guess I joined in 2011 but I just started Atkins on May 16/2012..so far have lost 9 lbs.usually eat eggs and meat for breakfast ...salad and some kind of meat for lunch..and meat or fish for supper with vegs or salad..try to drink water,and always carry Atkins bars with me when i go out for coffee,or to visit friends,usually only eat 1/3 bar at a time..enjoy the sf jello ,have to use whitener in coffee since i am allergic to most dairy.....aiming for a 30 lb loss.....I read atkins books and follow a lot on the forums ..keep up the postings,you never know who you are helping
